Anshuman Sharma is the Founder and Director of IICG, where he leads client relationships, practice development and the specialist teams built around each mandate.

His career spans leading automotive OEMs, Tier-1 manufacturing organisations and global strategy consulting, with leadership across industrial strategy, procurement and supply-chain transformation, strategic sourcing, cost and value engineering, supplier development, new-product development and complex programme execution.

At IICG, he brings that operating depth together with consulting discipline, building specialist teams around complex cost, procurement, supplier and industrialisation challenges.
